Major bug/error in feddit.de resulting in outgoing federation issues

As shown in the link i have linked, almost all the instances are seen as dead by feddit.de even though most of them are alive and kicking. It is the reason why there are federation issues. Why they are being seen as dead is something i dont know but certain people running personnel home lemmy servers have said that restarting the instance helps with this and similar issues but it does not fix it. Could the admins (especially @wintermute) take a look at this
