Someone told me that it would only be visible from annapolis, but I’m seeing a range of information online that suggests your likely hood of seeing them is correlated to light pollution.
Is anyone able to clear up which is more correct? I’ll gladly stay up to watch them, but would rather not deprive myself of sleep if I won’t be able to see them anyways!

It is very much self-defeating. While the rest of the country is figuring out that downzoning is what landed them in a car-dependent housing crisis in the first place, PG County seems to think that they're in a unique bubble where actually less housing will solve all their problems...because they are being incredibly myopic about the cause of both their housing and traffic problems.
