@timrichards Not to "well, actually" you, but Japanese LOVE kimchi, and you find it all over here
But the bigger truth is, there is a much smaller Japanese diaspora than from other countries, and if you go to a Japanese restaurant outside of Japan, the chefs are probably quite good & trained in Japanese style, but the staff is rarely Japanese
