So, you want to focus music practice on a specific part of a song:
Play the song video/audio file with mpv
When the part your are interested in (e.g. the solo) is about to start, press L (loop start)
When finished, press L again (loop end)
The loop has been created; press [ and/or ] to adjust speed.
