Yeah, if everyone could agree to it (which is a big ask given the last 75 years), a secular single Palestine with strong protections for all religious groups would be better. Israel spent decades taking the best parts of Palestine and destroying stuff like wells and orchards in what would become the Palestinian state, so I don’t even know if a Palestinian state would even be economically viable.
