Something something about actions and consequences. Besides committing a genocide, If they maybe had allowed food to come in to Gaza maybe they had not been so desperate for food.
I guess hungry Gazans eating comes at a real threat of them not starving to death, which would undermine the whole "military operation". No wonder they were scared.
