ZombiFrancis, They’re a coffee chain churning out cheap espresso into chocolate milk or eneegy drinks.
They understaff their stands which are all squeezed into existing lots of strip malls without the capacity to handle the traffic.
There really wasn’t much left for the public to extract for profit from the operation.
empireOfLove2, yeah even I had noticed them going downhill years before they announced the IPO… i pretty much swore off of them immediately when I heard about it.
The Human Bean makes way better coffee anyway if I’m in a rush… and if I’m looking to sit and sip, there’s like three really good locally owned places not more than a few miles from where I work and go to school.
kinttach, Should be fine. Boeing moved its HQ to Chicago for the same reason and look how well that’s worked out for them.
