LazarusLost, I believe they said they'll build side ramps of some sort, then dig it? Like have the exits be temporary. All very weird.
ReclamationCrafts, Yeah I saw the plan is to finish the 6 temporary lanes on the inside then build the permanent bridges from the outside in. Once the sides are done traffic will move to the permanent outside lanes then they’ll dig out the middle and finish the inside.
