supertinkers, I used to live with someone who ate exactly but swap chocolate milk with mountain dew. I never understood how he still eats like this even in his 30s yet has not gained any weight since highschool.

GigglyBobble, Not only carbs but tons of sugar. Zero fiber. Zero healthy but lots of trans fats. It's pretty much poison.
