At this point, it warms my doomer heart to see liberals freaking out at the idea of the consequences of their own choices coming back to bite them. You’ve all been full throated in your support of the boot of American Empire stomping down on the neck of minorities and the global South, but the slightest idea that it might be your neck under the boot and you all fall to pieces.

Trumps first election should have been a wake up call that continuing to support Western neoliberal domination would only lead to Trumpian fascism (which is ultimately the same thing, just without the pretentious displays of ‘decorum’), but instead you all doubled down on it.
