I know there were some comaplints about the course but from a spectators perspective I cannot emphasise enough how great this was to watch. I’ve seen a lot of live racing but this was by far the best even with dodgy weather. The looping course meant there were places where, with minimal movement, you could see the riders pass 3 times each lap. The cornering and climbing were just spectacular.
Had to talk about it. Not sharing the name of the rider who won but just wanted to natter hehehe
