Do you think Reddit (or the companies buying their data) have a good way to distinguish humans from AIs?

Presumably they have lists of the accounts their own AIs use but how do they know they're not training their AI off of posts from some other AI?

What happens when a bunch of AIs keep training off each other's output? Do they converge towards total gibberish or is it the next evolution of language?
