My size is reasonably far above average. I also had a tick on my dick when I was younger. Probably not correlated, but now I’m curious.
Also, annoyingly, very rarely I get a pimple in that exact spot. It’s like once a year at most and it’s really strange. I’m assuming the skin is slightly different there from scar tissue or something.

Maybe if it swells up so much that the blood passages are permanently stretched out larger? Not the safest way to do that but somebody else can try and see.
I got a mosquito bite on the tip of my dong while pissing outside as a kid. It did swell up ridiculously for a few days and made urinating difficult. I don’t want to see what a bee sting could do
@MyPornViewingAccount From personal experience I can assure you, a tick bite enlarges the penis but is not permanent. And because of the risk of Lyme's disease it is dangerous. Did I mention painful?
