PSA: it's now easy to make Tovan-less Romulans and Remans
The mail system changes to receive items terminal-free means it's now > possible to create a Romulan faction toon without a Tovan infestation.
The process is simple: send 5 Romulan faction bridge officers to >yourself via mail, send it to your handle (@username#69420 e.g.) They >don't have to be SROs, you can use the ones selling for peanuts.
As soon as your character materializes on Virinat, accept the mailed >boffs and commission them. That will block the boff slots from being >available to Tovan. Done!
This method was previously accessible to owners of the Delta pack, but >has now been more widely democratized. Enjoy your Tovan-free >playthough!
