What's new in Swift 5.9? What are some of the changes that interest you most?

A few of the 5.9 changes as summarized on the Hacking With Swift blog.

Macros seem very powerful, and Apple has been immediately putting them to prominent use in new framework such as SwiftData.

My interest is also piqued by the changes that allow for variadic generics, thus finally allowing for more than 10 views in SwiftUI.

Scorch,

Been meaning to give twostraws summary a read. When I first saw the posts on the late subreddit, Macros and the UIKit in Xcode Previews definitely grabbed my attention first. Making small tweaks to a project that takes long to build was a test in patience and making small workarounds with trying to use Xcode's debugger to try change values without having to rebuild.

Gonna make time for more of those sessions!
