The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood lets you design your own tarot deck and seal your friend's fates

Just saw this and thought it was a really cool idea for a game. You basically make your own oracle deck as part of the game, but the deal is that whatever you draw comes true and your friends’ future. I wonder what the customization aspects look like and how they plan to keep conflict going in the game with this approach? It seems like it would be pretty wide open if you are able to customize decks as freely as I’m thinking.
