Results finally in, ending a surprisingly close race between her and Bailao. Big congrats to Chow, it’s hopefully the first shift of many to steer things toward a more equitable city. Let us hope that things can improve here in Toronto, Chow will be a mayor who cares infinitely more than Tory ever could have.
