SciFi inspired hand printed & hand carved lincut. serie of 20 prints on 270g/m2 white velum paper.
Thought you all might find this interesting. I like this artist, but can imagine seeing oneself portrayed this way could be jarring.
This is my fifth charcoal drawing so far. I disliked the medium at first but I’m starting to enjoy it more and more 😄.
I’m looking forward to practicing with this medium more, I used to love it but I haven’t done anything with it in years.
This linocut has for subject as its name indicates the universe of quantum physics with attempts of graphic representation of various concepts such as quantum entanglement, spin, wave/particle duality of the photon, electron exitation, Feynman diagram, … all sprinkled with abstract symbols.
Let’s begin with the obvious: Duchamp’s Fountain really was a urinal. Not a painting or sculpture of a urinoir – though the latter might raise interesting philosophical questions – but the real thing, a token of a particular type – there were many visually indistinguishable urinals that came off the same production...
