We get asked to make the coffee, take the notes, and if “the girls” can pick up the conference room after the meeting. Not to mention the sexual harassment that seems to come standard with working in tech. I have to believe trans women experience the same and should have a place to go for support, mentorship, professional development, etc. (Cont.)
