Paywalled. Is there any definition of what means “in drones”? Dones can’t have image recognition? Human in the loop before it fires at someone (but it can do everything up to that fully autonomously)?
Either way… the technology is way too accessible and being able to just send a mini drone swarm of cheap killbots is such a game changer that even if the government doesn’t do it, individual soldiers will.
