I noticed this Mercedes using the bus lane to bypass cars at a red light. Suspicious, I looked up the plate on #HowsMyDrivingNY & found that the driver has OVER ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN CAMERA VIOLATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY. I thought of @ashok thread on using tech to alert people of risky drivers...

Driver is likely committing insurance fraud by having the car registered in PA. And they've paid almost $7k in fines so far, having decided that doing whatever they want is worth the price.
