Catie's Bubbles "A Midnight Dreary" was especially dreary because its fragrance was so faint. But good lather otherwise and a good shave with the Yaqi Vostok 70DC razor.
Today a CK-6 formula soap — more water-sensitive than the Maxima soap I used yesterday. I used Agharta, which has a lovely fragrance: "Ambergris, Amyris, French Vanilla Bean, Japanese Sandalwood, Cedar, and Oak Moss."
Today's shaving soap is exceptionally good: the Maxima formula from Aion Skincare (formerly Grooming Dept). And this Spanish aftershave balm is terrific.
My tub of Grooming Dept Moisturizing Pre-Shave lasted 2 years 7 months, shaving 6 days a week. And for US$14, you can't be an Omega Pro 48 (10048) boar brush, one of my all-time favorite brushes.
