A hitherto respected GP with a photo of himself & chairman Harper on the wall of his office informed me today that #Covid is “endemic” & we are all going to get it eventually & it is “mild”. I was objecting to what I perceived as a potentially unnecessary medical appointment due to the risk of a nosocomial C19 infection because of the lack of masking & precautions in local hospitals. I pointed out that his view is not supported by either the science or mortality statistics. 🤷🏻♂️ #TalkingToTheWall
