I finally watched . I was ok up until the shot that didn't hit the deer.

From that point on I saw my older friends, sucked into an insanity not of their making; living a life emphasized by deaths so remote to feel surreal. But they came home.

Then the fell and small "d" democracy declared victory. The was dissolved. Earth was on the path to democratic peace.
