I just found out my doctor is switching to a concierge service model. I see better care for the rich, and substandard care for the rest of us. I hope this is not the future of our health care system...

I always wondered, why not increase enrollment in medical schools to address the doctor shortage. Seems the bottleneck is with residency programs.
