I think the only call I've had with someone who was able to quickly assess my tech-savviness was with an Apple Support manager. He was pretty awesome. My issue ended up being a bug in their OS, now resolved.
I dislike this one quite a bit. I'm a good planner, but we're all human, and can forget sometimes. This quote is just an excuse to feel better about not helping someone out, and not in a healthy I'm-setting-boundaries manner.

There’s a lot of really dumb small changes to things that feel like it’s just change for the sake of it. I’m running a beta- I really don’t hate change, I quite enjoy it when it’s useful. Some of these changes I understand the reasoning behind, like the new call screen, but others seem to make no sense, like the iMessage photos, camera, etc buttons being behind a plus button instead of directly on your screen. Now it’s four taps to send a photo instead of three.
