Sometimes.. that's sometimes I find it's easier than you think. Even when our brains are telling us that's not the case.

Listening to music is massively important to me. Infact songs that give a lift like feeling.

My mp3 player consists of 299 songs (don't ask)

I’ve done a significant amount of self-reflection today. Figuring out who I am as an entrepreneur and how do I want to live.

I think it helps that I began the day by putting down my phone and putting out cheerful energy and letting go of my stress because cats react to their human’s energy. I’ve been very relaxed all day since then. It’s helped me figure out a lot of things.

Yesterday I had a hard time with how quiet it was, but today I love it. I feel very at peace.

What did we all do before mobile phones anyway?!

And yes I'm old enough.. just about. I didn’t have my first phone until I was 12.

Feels old in the grand scheme of things now, considering kids get them now at 5 or whatever, along with tablets etc etc.

Oh how about monophonic ringtones where you had to type in a code to get an awful sounding sound.

Yeah I had alot of the oldish Nokia phones, 402, 3210, 3310 etc etc.

It was really for the time.

It's not really young right now though. As I said, kids get them alot younger than that these days. I was actually quite late compared to alot of kids at school that had them at 10.

I remember around 99 and Christmas 2000 was the changing point in that all kids had a phone. It was like that top toy to get.. a phone... geez. At least here in the UK it was.
