We only share news, and I thought we had a discussion about the weekend games once. So, which game did you watch? How was it? or which one you plan to watch next?...
I caught up on AFCON this weekend. I’m a Sounders fan, so I watched both of Cameroon’s matches so far, plus a couple of random matches. AFCON is absolute chaos, and so much fun! I’d highly recommend checking it out.
honestly, that would be a more cogent response than most of the gobbledygook it’s output so far, so maybe it would even be a step up 🤣.
joking aside, gpt4all has a bunch of different open models that have commercial use licenses, so we’re neither reliant on OpenAI nor would commercial use of the generated code be against at least some of the models’ use policies as currently written.
I’ve also switched to duckduckgo as my default search engine, but I do find myself falling back to google more often than I’d like because duckduckgo can’t find what I’m searching for.
My understanding is that they are considering how much a neighborhood is “worth” in terms of the amount of tax revenue provided to the city. So, although each individual house on a cul-de-sac produces more tax revenue than each house in the poorer crescent (they cost more and so generate more property tax revenue; their residents make more and so generate more in sales and income tax revenue), because the poorer neighborhood is much denser, the total revenue is much larger.
I will admit. though, that I posted the article because I found it interesting but didn’t feel like I fully got my head around it, and was hoping to get some input from the community.
