Curious to know, I’d heard “lemming” used in a semi derogatory way, since “a person who unthinkingly joins a mass movement, especially a headlong rush to destruction” is the dictionary definition. It seems to be the first thing to come to mind as to what you’d call a Lemmy user....
It would be great to have a little community here. What is kind of everyone’s background? I live a bit north of SLC but the salt lake communities are always much more active and large haha
I grew up in Sugarhouse and recently moved to Millcreek after being out of the area for a while. I like being close to most things with very little traffic, also handy having usable pubic transit. I’m not a bar crawler but Tailgate Tavern has great open mic nights.
