@NationCymru And meanwhile, Caerphilly Council have withdrawn the Rail Linc bus service, forcing most users into their cars (or, in one case, forcing a disabled guy to try and get himself to and from the bus station). So much for sustainable travel.

@NationCymru Utterly stupid idea. Variable limits, with lower speeds enforced around schools, hospitals, etc, would make far more sense. This is little more than a cash cow scheme and it's ensured that I'll never vote Labour again (and I strongly suspect I'm not the only moderate person thinking this way).
