Gamers_Mate,

For me it was microsoft wanting to add copilot to the OS level. Recall is a mess and even if a hacker cannot forward the telemetry somewhere else what is preventing a bad actor from opting in without the hardware owners permission?

Gamers_Mate, (edited )

I have not heard of Hoary Mountain Mint. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pycnanthemum_incanum

"When crushed, the leaves emit a strong minty aroma, and are often used to flavor teas."

Sounds nice I wonder if the flavour is closer to Spearmint or peppermint?

Also Good Luck!

Gamers_Mate,

I never got what made these pins humane are they trained on data that they got permission for? Or did they use an ai model that does not use much energy thus not destroying the environment?

Gamers_Mate,

I am not to familiar with the different types of BIOS I can change the title to say motherboard BIOS if that's more accurate.

Gamers_Mate,

I think it has potential though not in its current state with the spam and now not being able to even use it.

Gamers_Mate,

Yeah the error 50 use to be really common when trying to do certain things like upvote or comment. At the moment just visiting the site brings up that error.

Gamers_Mate,

Squaredcircle? I remember seeing that a bit on kbin a few months back. I assume the name has to do with the ring being a square shape?

Gamers_Mate,

Yeah Mbin is cool. I also like the ui of kbin when it is working. This is not the first time it has been down for a few days so I think it could come back online. Though I have not seen any communication involving it going down this time.

Gamers_Mate,

its actually been down for at least two days so maybe sometime on saturday it went down? Also its night time here in aus.

Gamers_Mate,

AEST so 10:26pm.

Gamers_Mate,

Nice do you run the community yourself or... is it a tag team.

Gamers_Mate,

230 is still a pretty healthy size though.

Gamers_Mate,

I haven't heard of any best practices regarding migrating accounts other than just make a new account and start over. Apps that log you into lemmy/kbin/mbin etc might try and solve that by having all your old posts get mirrored to an instance on your new account but it would have to be in a way that does not add heaps of spam to the other instances version of the community the posts were shared to. I guess if you use a timestamp on posts you could have the migrated posts appear before the newer ones after migrating?

Gamers_Mate,

There are a lot of good people out there though the few that ruin it for everyone else tend to be more noticeable.

Gamers_Mate,

Nice I have been thinking about doing a either an 8mb or 5mb gamejam challenge but I wasn't sure if 5mb would be to low but if there are 1mb challenges I guess it does not seem to impractical. Also I am going to test that game out in wine it looks interesting.

Gamers_Mate,

This is amazing for only 13KB.
