Playing around with some guided weighing features in Crouton. A work in progress for sure, but pretty fun!

It pulls mentioned ingredients out of the step and walks you through weighing each one.

These were the two pies I made. Both from scratch. Cherry with a lovely flaky crust in a lattice style, and French Silk in a cinnamon graham cracker crust with homemade whipped cream. I also did a batch of caramels (and two vegetable sides, blah.) Additionally, I hosted. Not that it’s a competition, but I think I provided the most value to potluck family Thanksgiving. My sister, who dealt with the giant turkey, may disagree.

A French silk pie in an orange pie pan. It’s on a granite counter top. It’s topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips.

@MuseumShuffle good suggestion! I’m trying to combat a display issue that seems to be specifically caused by the super duper brightness mode, I thought this might work but the issue still seems to persist as long as auto-brightness is enabled
