Well, bad news! Due to major issues, the migration from #firefish to #sharkey failed quite miserably. The only way I was able to migrate was to install Sharkey under a slightly different domain and without my database 😢😭. Also, because I'm an admin of my server, the ability to use the migrate function from my profile has been blocked. This means that my followers will have to re-follow me on my new instance. I'll be keeping this instance going, in case I change my mind and want to return here. In the meantime, please follow me at my new instance at @kimberlymcblaze

I'm upset. My doctor gave me a 2 week sample of a different blood pressure medication cause the medicine I was taking for many years was giving me breathing and memory problems. The new medication was working pretty good with much fewer side effects, but when I went to fill it at the pharmacy, my darn insurance refused to cover it. Now I'm waiting for my doctor to try and convince insurance to approve it and if they still won't, then I'll be forced to take different medication that will have much more bad side effects unless I can pay the $256 USD bill for the new medication every time I request more of it, I fricking hate the healthcare system here in the US. Medicaid insurance will cover medication with higher side effects, but won't cover the medication with lower side effects, I just don't get it...
