During the late 1990's and early 2000's there were two unrelated serial killers murdering people in my hometown. People were literally scared to leave their homes for a while.

Patricia Cornwell's novel, Blow Fly, is based on the Baton Rouge serial killers and I heard she even consulted on the cases as they were trying to solve them.

It is a really good book too.

The two killers were Derrick Todd Lee and Sean Vincent Gillis and the whole state breathed a sigh of relief when they were eventually caught.

I couldn't find my glasses this morning.

My frames are dark blue and I laid them on top of my book about Scotland that has a dark blue cover so they just blended in and I couldn't see them.
