Aesthetics. Frames are not very noticeable. It’s not pixelated too much. Things move at a pleasant speed. Attrntion to detail, city lights flashing in the background and water waves from the train moving. The colors are creating a nice atmosphere.

So basically the opposite of your average pixel art.

From section about ADHD:

“These inattentive symptoms occur dually with what has been termed “hyperfocus” by the 2019 European Consensus Statement on Adult ADHD.”

So I think it’s officially recognised? But name of that term sucks as much as “ADHD”. Both are very misleading.
