Auch wieder sehr ärgerlich: Einer meiner Nachbarn hat wohl mein Fahrrad im Keller umgeschmissen, aber zumindest wieder aufgestellt. Bescheid hat mir natürlich keiner gesagt.
Linke Bremse kaputt inklusive Bremshebel abgebrochen: 40 Euro Schaden nur die Teile.
Aber wie im Mietshaus der Teufel los gewesen wäre wenn hier eine einen Kratzer im Auto gehabt hätte...

Gestern wieder so eine typsiche Situation mit einem Autofahrer (insbesondere männlicher SUV Fahrer) erlebt, die unterstreichen, warum ich diese Menschen immer gefährliche Täter einstufe.
Die Ampeln in meiner Stadt haben oft eine Besonderheit die solche Menschen besonders zu triggern scheint:
Die Grünen Blobs sind zwei Fahrräder (ich Und kollege) die bereits an der roten Ampel warten, weil sie geradeaus wollen. Der rote Blob ist ein VW T-Roc der zur Kreuzung kommt. Der VW handelt wie folgt:

@Ihazchaos Vermute ich auch, schützt aber ja leider nicht vor Beschlagnahmung und vorläufigem Busgeld, im Angehängten Artikel hat ja auch von ende 2018 bis mitte 2019 gedauert. So lange wäre die GoPro (oder zumindest die Speicherkarte das steht da glaub ich nicht genau) ja trotzdem weg.

@New_Joerg @Ihazchaos Ja, leider alles sehr inkonsequent gehandhabt. Wenn ich mit Camera, aber ohne Fahrrad unterwegs wäre ist rechtlich plötzlich alles viel einfacher.

@New_Joerg @Ihazchaos Ich persönlich halte aber auch die ganze Argumentationskette für Bullshit, weil für einen DSGVO Verstoß, ja auch eigentlich ein tatsächlicher Verstoß vorliegen muss (also z.B. Veröffentlichung/Zugänglichmachung der Aufnahmen an Dritte) und nicht die "Erstellung von Aufnahmen die theoretisch für einen Verstoß geeignet sind". Es ist zudem nicht die Aufgabe der Pozilei profilaktisch die DSGVO durchzusetzen.
