Rapidcreek,

The Kenyans have been delayed.

Rapidcreek,

It had nothing to do with ideology, it was gang related.

Rapidcreek,

On the other hand, DuckDuckGo, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT’s web search, Ecosia, and Qwant all stopped working yesterday because of Bing API. And they want Microsoft Copilot deeply integrated with Windows OS. Imagine someone is unable to book emergency medical appointments because Microsoft Copilot is down or you can’t withdraw money or transfer funds through netbanking because AI and screenshot services are down. This is a good example of why we must not trust someone like Microsoft for anything serious.

Rapidcreek,

NATO learning that their advanced weapons can be jammed is very interesting info to Raytheon and Lockheed Martin…they better get to work, because if the Russians know how the Chinese will too. I wonder if the specs were in the secrets library in West Palm Beach.

Rapidcreek,

Do you have a subscription to New Scientist? If so, you can find the original article here: newscientist.com/…/2430389-oldest-known-human-vir…

Rapidcreek,

I’m thinking Jurassic Park with viruses. The title will be “The Oldest Killer” and the twist is that it’s the common cold, but it’s 40,000 years old.

Rapidcreek,

Pretty sure that’s Mississippi

Rapidcreek,

Texas has some redeeming values.

  1. Texas women, who do better standin up than most girls do layin down.
  2. Tex-Mex food
  3. Outrageous blues guitar players, SRV, Freddie King, etc
  4. Austin
Rapidcreek,

Lived in New Orleans for six months. Great place. Jack Kerouac called it a jewel in the crown of America. And it is.

Also had to stay in Jackson, Mississippi. The only good thing I can say about that place is that you can get good BBQ at a gas station.

Rapidcreek,

Oh my

  1. Not even going to touch it. Kind of a gross saying (I’m assuming that’s a saying there).

You are correct. Song lyrics.

  1. These days, you can get good Tex-Mex just about anywhere in the US.

Not.Even.Close.

  1. You get outrageous blues musicians in other places as well. Every state produces somebody of talent and they would have been talented if they had been born elsewhere.

True. But it’s still a redeemer

  1. True, and I feel so bad for them for being in Texas.

Big ol place is Texas.

Rapidcreek,

Appealing an FCC fine is a lot like appealing an IRS fine. Sure, sometimes you win but most of the time you lose.
