In junior high, the orchestra teacher (we didn't have band) looked at every entering student's hands and assigned them an instrument if they didn't already have experience on any.

She looked at mine and said VIOLA. (I was terrible.) 🎻

I am playing in the lab with a click track plus solo in my ear, you'll see the various instances stop and get up at the end. I was close to in sync this got better in the next few years. I can see my bass bow trying to light the note a bit early as one does.

Oscar, you remind me of Rick Astley BECAUSE:

during lockdown, he played all 22 instruments on his songs for an album he made in his home recording studio (sorry Dani @analgesicsleep - but the 80s were GOOD to him 🤣)

So he came out lockdown with an entire album of professionally produced tracks where he sang & played every single note heard on every song 😆

I'm sure his wife of 30+ years was also thrilled because it kept HIM occupied & HER out of jail 😂

I know people love live classical performances in the flesh, but honestly? I prefer headphones and sprawling in COMFORT on my couch in sweats, vs. dressing up and sitting still for 1-2 hrs in less than comfy chairs 🤷🏻‍♀️
