Continuous integration is generally accepted as a good practice these days in #softwareengineering . So why is it folks get upset when it’s suggested that long-lived feature branches are an antipattern? They’re literally not being integrated continuously. So argue against CI if you want to make a case for your beloved long-lives branches. I’ll happily debate the merits of CI with you.
