But to answer your question there are some instances that will not ban you for that stuff, but most of the big ones are moderated and tend to be left leaning so you probably will be banned for transphobia.
I don't think it's that serious. That person is transphobic so I can make fun of them. I don't really want transphobes to be comfortable saying things like that. They can create their own instance and be transphobic there.
