I’m really excited to give these RayBan Meta smart glasses a whirl, especially with this new A I and to be able to ask questions lie “do they have spaghetti and meatballs on the menu”. Or when I’m walking with my cane “what building am I near?” I understand that. They might be available at Bestbuy here and they even have an installment plan of 34 something plus taxes and admin othee. Think I’l be checking them out in the next few weeks, but I’d be anxious to hear from any totally blind folks who have gotten em and what their conclusions are.

love when you get a replacement credit card because the old one is expiring. there is a new expiration date and cvv but those don't come in an accessible format. Now how to activate? Might try ocr things but if I get it wrong a couple of times, might get locked out.
@douglawlor yes, I still have one too but I have never found flat bed scanners read cards well. Also, this mastercard is flat. can sort of feel where the chip is but the numbers are not tactile.
So what is the hottest, latest, and greatest audio recording app these days? For doing things like recording audio and uploading them to say, here? Or does everybody just use the old Voice Memos thing.
Has anyone here managed to sign up with Discord, including getting an accessibility cookie to work? I've tried on both Windows and iOS now, gotten a cookie both times, and still can't bypass the fucking #Hcaptcha.
