so i'm trying to setup my website again and i'm getting the HTTP working fine but HTTPS is a reload loop to the HTTPS version

okay so it works fine now except that the catch-all HTTP server block is not triggering, hm

i have a server block with the correct server_name for my site, one HTTP-only that sets up the redirect, and one HTTPS-only that has all the certbot stuff
on my previous install, this worked fine, HTTPS works and HTTP redirects, here both work for the website
