This won't mean much to people who aren't immersed in IBM's variety of alphabet soup, but I got some good news this week - I’m now an STSM.

To translate, basically it's a promotion.

Purely anec-data from the #DevoxxUK talks I happen to have gone to, but I feel like there has been a shift in presenters starting by sharing their twitter handles

Fewer are doing it than previous years, and the ones that do tend to justify/excuse/apologise-for it!

The amount of damage that has been done to Twitter in such a short time is so sad to see

Finally got around to finishing Crysis 2.

That was a lot of fun - the physics engine and so much of the map being destructible opened up so much creativity in how to complete levels… and options for amusing myself with ways to blow stuff up 😆
