Starting wk TWO of recovery. I found out that my normal sleep duration is just about 7 hours. I was hoping to be getting up at 5 but by falling asleep at 9something I am getting up naturally at 4something. So, I'll go with it until my body changes again as it recuperates from anxiety and stress.
I'm literally leaving my alarm set for 5 and if I get up before, I get up before.
Also, really enjoyed dry January, and, as far as I can, intend to maintain it thru February as I continue to heal and recover (I can't even begin to explain how bad my anxiety was at the end of 2023 and in January).
@ekknappenberger I didn’t have words for it then, but when I was serving in Eastern Kentucky the experience of many of those people would fit into the sense of exile.
