Does anybody know a good app that is a to-do list that tracks your history of doing tasks?

Basically, I want something like Apple fitness, but instead of closing the 3 rings for exercise, standing, and steps, it tracks a custom to-do lists, like “you did 6/7 tasks!” and records the history.

Preferably #foss, iphone, or self-hosted web app

EDIT: Thanks for the replies and boosts. I’m gonna try Habo. Open source iOS, no data collected, and looks promising!
