In order to play the Apple Music Top 100, you have to go to the website (https://100best.music.apple.com), click ‘Listen on Apple Music’ and then it opens Apple Music, which just says "Something went wrong. Please try again later.” (even after a restart) so then you search for the album, switch from 'Your Library' to 'Apple Music' and then you can finally play it. Good times!

@jonhicks I think this is because you’re on the US website - you might have better luck with this: https://100best.music.apple.com/gb

(Also you can hit play straight on the website and listen from there)
