@schwa interestingโฆ Iโm asking because we struggled a bit in Hokkaido: trains running twice a day, taxis only taking cash and no way to call for one once we reached some remote view point onto the ocean. Had to walk back to the town, find a 7eleven that had an atm that accepted international cards and then go to the train station to wait for a taxi. It was a fun afternoon ๐ . We had to rent a car/driver to go explore places like the shirogane blue pond though.
@janbeta thorens td-160. One of the best turntables in the early 70s. This one is marked 1974 and still works flawlessly. The motor takes the timing from the mains and the switch between 33/45rpm is purely mechanical. You canโt have blown capacitors if you donโt have capacitors!

@paul g3 comes with display port and an extension port and that can be a second NIC. Theyโre very cheap on eBay. They donโt have a great gpu though - Somehow I automatically assumed you wanted to run a headless cluster of something
