Maybe I should have warmed up with a set of deadlifts at one plate. I did them wrong because I was compromising for not having the back strength - felt some lower back getting more intense each rep, so I decided to stop before doing the last.

Ohp and deadlifts both went well again today. Feeling pumped. On Friday I'll be trying for pr on ohp (105lbs/~48kg) and be back at two plates on deadlift (225lbs/102kg)
