I was blown away by how much difference a long nature walk made to my ADHD symptoms. I spent 3 hours just meandering in the woods yesterday (not exercising, but walking around slowly and with a lot of curiosity and mindfulness). My mind felt calm like a still pond yesterday. And even today, I’m still feeling more “with it” but in a peaceful way. I forget how amazing nature it. Now I want to make nature time a regular part of my week. I’m excited!

I spent 3 hours in nature all by myself yesterday, and I have to say I’m feeling so much better. A nice reminder of how much our artificial world and shitty societal standards affect our mental health. I could just be, walk, sit in the sun, hug a tree. It was beautiful. And even today, my mind is so much calmer. Highly recommend!

I am not sure on the answer. They do eat plenty of other bugs, but mosquitos are a big part of their diet. I want to put a bat house on my house so they eat the annoying fuckers.
