im tempted to rec fedora workstation to my friends because that's what I'm most familiar with, but what if theyre(?who?) right and the ubuntu ones are better for newbs? I mean I started there too. I can't remember if it actually made it easier than if I just started with fedora from the get go
@squeakybeaver ohhh, youre right, there's that. but idk,, i think touching the terminal is unavoidable. there's always something that doesnt have a gui option, in my experience :pensive_cowboy:
